Payment
Casa Jarapa is a registered user of PayPal. You can also pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. To do this, click the 'add to cart' button. On the next page, click on 'choose your delivery country for accurate postage costs' to get the shipping cost and then click the 'Check out with PayPal' button. Delivery
Delivery is at a flat fee of £10 for the larger rugs (or combined orders weighing up to 15kg). Rugs come by courier and the fee covers weights of up to 15kg going to mainland UK destinations. We aim to deliver within four days.
If you are buying a lighter item, such as a small rug or bathmat, please contact us before buying online and we will look for a cheaper delivery option. Likewise, if you are buying multiple rugs weighing over 15kg, the delivery cost may be higher. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust the shopping basket page to cater for all eventualities, so if you are buying several rugs or ordering from outside the UK
mainland, please contact us before committing to buy, in order to
discuss postage costs.
If it is a particularly big order, we may be able to waive delivery
charges as a gesture of goodwill.
Should you wish to return an item bought from the website, we will be happy to offer a refund, provided it is returned to us in a fully resaleable condition. Returns must be made within 28 days with proof of purchase, and return postage costs must be covered by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sizes
All rug sizes are approximate. If you need an exact size, please contact us before buying and we will measure the rug you are interested in, individually.
